Services for the Homeless

A satellite clinic location at the Emergency Shelter of the Fox Cities provides free, convenient, easy-to-access medical services to anyone that is homeless and in need of care. A nurse practitioner staffs the clinic one morning and one evening a week. 

Free mental health counseling is also available on-site one afternoon and one evening a week. Residents can sign up for an appointment time that accommodates their family and work schedules.
