Our mission is to create a vibrant community through health care access and quality service delivery to the underserved.

The Fox Cities Community Health Center, then known as the Fox Cities Community Clinic, opened as a free clinic in 1997. In December 2004, Fox Cities Community Health Center received a federal grant, and the corresponding designation as both a Community Health Center and a Health Care for the Homeless program site. Since that time, they moved into a 6,700 square foot facility, complete with twelve exam rooms, three mental health counseling rooms, a community room, two nursing stations and an open waiting area with private entrance areas. In addition to their federal funding, they conducted a $1.2 million capital campaign. Untimately, they will be able to provide a broad array of health services to over 10,000 underserved Fox Valley residents.
