Your Appointment

At Fox Cities Community Health Center, we aim to make the appointment process from start to finish as smooth as possible.  Please see the links on the left side of the page to find out specific information about the appointment process.

We offer extended hours for evening appointments from 5pm - 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for medical appointments and from 5pm - 7pm Mondays through Thursdays for dental appointments.
